125 Greenwich Street is one of the most ambitious development projects envisioned by Bizzi and Partners: a monument to panoramic views and natural light, consisting of 273 luxury apartments and located in the Financial District of New York. In 2014, New York City’s most adept developers understood that Manhattan’s Financial District was on the verge of a renaissance. With over one million square feet of high-end retail and restaurants scheduled to open by 2016, this neighborhood was quickly becoming one of Downtown Manhattan’s most desirable places to live, work, and play. Real estate firm Bizzi & Partners capitalized on this momentum, acquiring the property at 125 Greenwich Street and cementing its reputation as one of Downtown Manhattan’s most prolific developers.


During the approval process, Bizzi & Partners hired world-renowned firm Rafael Viñoly Architects to design the building. While many developers focused on developing large family units, Bizzi & Partners adopted an alternative approach for 125 Greenwich Street. The 88-story luxury condominium building would offer (273) smaller units, ranging from 400 square-feet studios to 2,500 square feet 3-bedroom apartments. The real estate firm has thus been able to develop, thanks to its collaboration with Rafael Viñoly Architects, a project that has resulted in the construction of 273 luxury apartments in the Financial District of New York.

The building’s amenities are situated on the top 3 floors allowing all residents to “Live Life at the Top”. With a discrete footprint of 9,000 square feet, this building will rise nearly 1,000 feet into the sky. By combining Bizzi & Partners’s advanced structural engineering experience with the redesign created by Rafael Viñoly Architects 125 Greenwich Street will become an instant landmark in the Financial District famed skyline while its residents will enjoy the height of luxury and comfort.

Offering unobstructed, 360-degree views of the Hudson River, Battery Park, Lower Manhattan, and beyond, 125 Greenwich Street is set to redefine the city skyline. Residences will boast 10-foot high ceilings that lend a sense of light and air to the interiors designed by London-based firm March & White.
